About the Role
This is a highly strategic role where you'll serve as a direct partner to senior leadership, taking full ownership of the end-to-end HR lifecycle.
Your mission is to translate business challenges into impactful people solutions, working in close collaboration with both our local team and Asia headquarters.
We're looking for a practical, hands-on professional with a sharp eye for detail who can not only identify the root causes of complex issues but also design and execute effective solutions.
Your work will directly shape our talent strategy and build the high-performance culture needed to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Management:
Partner with senior leaders on talent strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Organizational Design & Planning:
Support leaders in structuring teams and roles to meet business needs and execute on strategic goals.
End-to-End HR Operations:
Drive comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
Data-Driven Consulting:
Leverage people analytics to provide leaders with actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Culture & Communication:
Promote and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving culture while facilitating effective communication across all levels and regions.
