- Drive Manufacturing Excellence implementing NCE + Digital (Foundations and Advanced Practices) to achieve the objectives of the One T&P Roadmap for factories, leading and implementing Autonomus Maintenance pillar and tools.
- Ensure that the Health & Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment are constantly part of the manufacturing objectives. Embed Environmental Sustainability in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured according to Standards of quality (compliance), on time, and meeting consumer expectations (strive towards Manufacturing Excellence).
- Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines (SDCA) to ensure sustainable results in EUPS and drive continuous improvement (PDCA) to deliver breakthrough results.
- Be involved in the timely launch of new or renovated products and new process or fill & pack lines to the Markets by providing the necessary resources as agreed with the business.
- Ensure development of department team and staff (incl. temporary people) - through engaging and empowering people, performance management, career development, succession planning and coaching.
- 7. Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (Own team, Factory Management Team, Unions, Nestlé functions inside the factory).
- Minimum 5-8 years in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions)
- Participation in a M&I and/or Factory Engineering College(s)
- Traning and certify as Leader of Planned Maintenance Pillar MP - TPM.
- Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
- Personnel Supervision (on technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
- Preparation of Investment budgets
- Participation in the development of engineering projects
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply)
- Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process or packing optimisation/continuous improvement
- Self Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking
