You will provide critical day-to-day support to our experienced Buyers, contributing directly to projects that impact cost, quality, and supply chain resilience. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who is eager to learn the fundamentals of strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management, and is on track to graduate within one year.Responsibilities:What you´ll do:

Provide essential analytical and sourcing support, preparing sourcing packages, analyzing supplier quotations, and creating presentations for key recommendations.
Facilitate seamless supplier collaboration by acting as a point of contact for follow-ups and assisting with operational issue resolution.
Contribute to process and system management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing commodity metrics, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
Develope critical skills in strategic sourcing, negotiation fundamentals, global supply chain complexities, professional communication, and data analysis.

Qualifications:What you´ll need:

Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experienced on Analytics, AI and Programming Softwares such as: LLM's, Power BI, QlikSense, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, RStudio, Minitab, Phyton.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
