We're Hiring | Prompt Engineer – Mid/Senior Level Location: 100% Remote – Based in Latin America Time Zone: European (Spain business hours, with some flexibility) Language: Fluent Spanish (mandatory) | Advanced/Fluent English (a plus) Contract Type: Contractor (via Deel) Stefanini LATAM is looking for a talented Prompt Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI models such as Gemini and GPT to join our team and work on an exciting international project with our client, a global leader in BPO and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and optimize prompts for LLMs (Gemini, GPT, etc.) to deliver accurate and relevant outputs.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design business-focused AI solutions.
Contribute to innovative projects applying generative AI to multiple contexts and industries.
Requirements: Proven experience in prompt engineering and projects involving LLMs (Gemini, GPT, etc.).
Background in AI, automation, or similar technology initiatives.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
Availability to work in the European time zone.
