This newly created role will serve as a key liaison between corporate and plant operations, driving cost savings, supplier optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sourcing Project Manager , you’ll be responsible for:Leading multiple procurement and sourcing projects focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.Implementing sourcing strategies to achieve price productivity targets across the Americas region.Coordinating with cross-functional teams (commodities, engineering, operations, finance, quality, and field teams) to ensure successful project execution.Supporting commodity teams in defining project charters, expected benefits, and resource requirements.Monitoring project progress, resolving roadblocks, and escalating issues as needed.Managing project documentation including schedules, business cases, and risk assessments.Delivering executive-level presentations for project approvals and monthly updates.Identifying performance gaps and supporting corrective actions to exceed targets.Contributing to the Annual Operating Plan for productivity initiatives.Leading supplier rationalization efforts in alignment with sourcing strategies.RequirementsWe are looking for people who are proactive, collaborative, and execution-focused.
