- You will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week).

- We are looking for candidates available for immediate start.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance team performance.
- Training and Development: Recognize areas in team members where they can improve or need development and, together with the training and people development manager, devise tailored coaching plans.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly to support long-term partnerships.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making at the senior management level.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline sales operations and increase overall team efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership or team management role
- Previous exposure to the US/Canadian markets is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound sales strategies
- Proven record of team performance improvement and meeting sales targets
- Experience working in hybrid or remote sales environments
- Willingness to travel internationally (<10%) as needed (visa support provided)
