Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.DESCRIPTIONWe are actively looking for a Foreign Trade and Warehouse Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and supporting import & export activities in Mexico, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant flow of goods, customs clearance, and trade-related operations.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, international trade, supply chain management, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in warehouse management and import/export operations;
Familiarity with Mexican customs;
Ability to independently handle customs declaration, tariffs, and warehouse operations;
Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills in English or Chinese.

Desirable:

Background in multinational manufacturing, automotive parts, or high-tech industries;
Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP, INFOR, and Oracle;
Experience managing teams or 3PL suppliers.

ACTIVITIESWarehouse Management

Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory management;
Develop and optimize warehouse management processes to ensure inventory accuracy of ≥ 98%;
Coordinate internal and third-party logistics to ensure goods enter and exit the warehouse within specified time limits;
Manage warehouse security and oversee the implementation of the DSS system and security procedures.

Import and Export Management

Responsible for import and export operations, including document preparation, customs declaration, customs release tracking, and exception handling;
Familiar with policies such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and the USMCA to ensure compliance with Mexican and international trade regulations;
Monitor tariffs, certificates of origin, HS codes, and related tax policies to optimize costs;
Liaise with customs, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure efficient, legal, and smooth import and export operations.

Data and Compliance

Regularly generate import, export, and inventory reports to support financial, tax, and compliance audits;
Monitor the implementation of warehouse and import and export-related SOPs to identify and address risks.
