- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for multiple clients (15 to 25 accounts).
- Conduct keyword research, expansion, and optimization to improve targeting and efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify underperforming metrics, and implement solutions.
- Develop coherent keyword strategies for new accounts.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data to enhance cost per lead, CTR, and overall ROI.
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate results to internal teams.
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, PPC best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Microsoft Ads experience.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience with lead generation in the home service industry.
- Landing page design and conversion rate optimization experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (required).
- Managed at least 10 accounts at one time
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, keyword research, bid strategies, and ad copywriting.
- Proficiency in data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for optimization and performance improvement.
- Salary: USD 2,500/month.
- Bonuses: Bi-annual bonuses up to 10% of annual salary.
- Remote Work: 100% remote position
- Hours: Work 8 hours between 7 am – 6 pm EST
