- Continuously analyse and review HR processes, outcomes, feedback, and data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present findings with actionable recommendations to management.
- Ensure the accuracy of HR-related databases and reports through thorough auditing, inquiries, and operational reviews, collaborating with teams to resolve any discrepancies.
- Interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures, assisting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on various HR topics including policies, benefits, and leave entitlements.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by facilitating internal communications and supporting processes to enhance organisational culture.
- Participate in conflict resolution and follow-up on disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and effective handling of all situations.
