Supervise daily operations of the O2C team, including order management, billing, collections, and cash application.

Ensure compliance with OEM-specific invoicing requirements, including EDI standards and delivery schedules.

Provide support the O2C team with disputes related to pricing, delivery discrepancies, and chargebacks in coordination with customer service and supply chain teams.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO, collection effectiveness, and unapplied cash.

Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.

Collaborate with IT and process improvement teams to implement automation and system enhancements.

What is required:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, or accounting

Master degree in business or related preferred, not required

Minimum 3-5+ years O2C

Prior Supervisory experience is required

Advance English written and spoken

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
