- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients — you’ll be the voice of goFLUENT.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Identify decision-makers and uncover business needs or pain points.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-potential leads to support the sales cycle and set qualified meetings.
- Keep prospect data and activities up to date in Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with your sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve performance.
- 2+ year of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales, or similar roles.
- Proven confidence and ability to conduct cold calls and high-volume outreach.
- Excellent communication skills — persuasive, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and resilient — you bounce back from rejection and stay focused.
- Eager to learn and apply modern sales methodologies and tools.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strategic thinker — able to personalize messaging and tailor your approach to each lead.
- English: You have exceptional command of English — both written and spoken — with professional fluency that allows you to confidently engage with senior executives across North America.
