This business line is a fullservice social security disability advocacy firm. We assist individuals in successfully obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits. Each month, our office is contacted by thousands of people needing assistance in their disability claim to assist over 100,000 individuals in filing their application successfully
Responsibilities
Answering inboundoutbound calls from prospective clients looking for help with applying for Social Security Disability Benefits
Properly complete the intake form using our proprietary Customer Relationship System Explain Social Security Disability eligibility
benefits and our requirements, expectations and standards
Positively promote and sell the benefits of using our services to all prospects.
Accurately document all contact with prospects, enter all information and outcomes in accordance with current company policies and
Qualifications
Previous experience in a direct customer contact position is preferred.
Customer service orientation energetic and outgoing personality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally, effectively and with empathy in potentially difficult circumstances.
Multitasking skills and the detailoriented focus required for a fastpaced environment.
Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Internet and mainstream web browsers.
BILINGUAL EnglishSpanish a plus.
