Position Objective:
Manages various sales teams, including outside, inside, channel, and third-party sales, and is responsible for market penetration through campaigns that generate additional revenue from new or existing customers.
Defines and communicates the sales process and the factors that drive sales effectiveness.
Leads and fosters cooperation and collaboration with other areas of the company to maximize efficiency and provide a comprehensive response to customer needs.
Is in charge of portfolio growth by attracting new accounts, as well as retaining and increasing the profitability of existing clients assigned to PYME executives through negotiation at the management and/or board level.
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational skills.
The objective is to foster and expand the company's commercial activity, generating revenue and sustainable growth opportunities.
Support and advise PYME executives under their supervision, as well as bank partners, through continuous learning, direct negotiations with clients, and materials on our payment solutions for card payment acceptance, either personally or with the support of our executives.
Overview of the role:
Strengthen business relationships with corporate banking executives and their key levels: Divisional Director, Commercial Director, PYME Division and District Coordinator for the region, and PYME Bankers; ensure that our Executives maintain close relationships and support with them.
Maintain active communication with the Divisional Director and other department heads, such as the Marketing Director or the Product and Support Director.
Select the required sales force to integrate the department's team.
Ensure the team has the tools and resources to meet the established objectives.
Manage major accounts and maintain their engagement.
Ensure that our Executives maintain relationships and support with the bank sales force: PYMEs, Branch Manager, Integral Banker.
Ensure that executives maintain close commercial relationships with existing and new clients to grow their portfolios and strengthen their loyalty.
Responsible for understanding our payment methods and their strengths and weaknesses compared to our main competitors in order to develop strategies.
Design and implement sales and commercial strategies to achieve improved sales results.
As part of our Sales and Engagement team, you will always represent our values, incorporating the highest ethical and quality standards.
Coordinate the Officers' roles for efficient follow-up: membership processing, implementation, invoicing, clarifications, and other support functions.
Required Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Administration
Minimum 3 years of management-level experience in a sales environment
Personal vehicle
Availability to travel
Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
Financial and Technology sectors are a plus
