THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE IN THE OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.*
Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully and consistently complete a variety of administrative skills for your core clientsCollaborate with other AAs/EAs to ensure fluid and flawless execution of duties that require teaming with othersBasic calendar management including accepting and declining meetings, addressing calendar conflicts, identify and reserve meeting space, regular review of scheduled meetings to ensure logistics are accurate and no back-to-back dial-ins are scheduledOther administrative duties including booking business travel, organizing video conferences, processing expense reports, timesheets, vendor invoices, CRM contact data entry and updates, coordinate internal and external eventsResponsive to internal and external client needsDeliver a positive service experience to clients and work to build and maintain trusted relationshipsSingle point of contact for core administrative needsLiaise with other support departments (DTP, Finance, IT, HC, etc.)Perform other related duties as required by managementTeam SupportProvide coverage for AAs who are out of the office to ensure seamless support to PrincipalsProvide training and support to new team membersParticipate in team meetings and projects with an eye to improving processes and the overall performance of the Executive Assistant teamExperience Required:Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 3 years of administrative, hospitality or customer service experience, or other transferable skillsExperience in financial services, management consultancy, and/or a professional services environment a plusEnglish fluency a mustTechnical Skills:Proficiency working with Microsoft Office SuiteBasic knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) a plus, but not necessarySkills and Attributes:Good judgementOwnership mentalityEmpathetic, courteous, positive demeanorStrong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multiple taskAbility to work in fast-paced environment and be detail-orientedResourceful and proactiveStrong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilitiesSuperior written and verbal communication skillsGood time-management skillsTeam player who is able to work with different personalities and working styles.Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is a management consulting firm combining deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise to help clients optimize their business, improve operations and accelerate performance.
