- Research and analyses competitive and industry trends.
- Entertain conversations with senior stakeholders and decision makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers.
- Customer satisfaction:
- Actively monitor local NPS with the segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain constant communication to our customers regarding changes in contracting, conditions and rates.
- Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:
- Actively provide feedback to the Branch Manager based on customer feedback and insights
- Have a Hunter profile
- Track record of success around closing Cross border and landside business and experience with local decision-making organizations.
- Eloquent and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
