We're the independent minded and passionate achievers in the spirits industry, innovating the iconic.Be Part of Our Signature MixGeneral Description of the RoleThe Talent Acquisition intern will provide critical candidate experience, reporting & sourcing support to our Americas Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a key role in helping deliver high stakeholder satisfaction, while also providing a best-in-class candidate experience.Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates as necessary
- Deliver a personalized and high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the recruitment process and that their hiring process reflects our Campari culture
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems and assist with regional reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
- Provide excellent candidate experience by partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support
- 0-1 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
- Native or Full Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Student actively pursuing Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or relevant coursework related to Human Resources
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and effectively problem solve by identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions
- Exhibit strong decision-making abilities, making informed judgments and implementing measures to overcome challenges and obstacles
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
