Degree and professional license
Advanced English nonnegotiable
Experience with production processes such as laser cutting, plasma, slitting, and blanking
Proven leadership of large teams 60 people
Valid passport and U.S. visa
Own vehicle and availability to commute7. Main Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily production activities
Ensure compliance with KPIs safety, quality, productivity, absenteeism
Manage human and material resources
Lead, develop, and motivate the production team
Coordinate corrective actions with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments
Promote and enforce operational discipline
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Lean, 5S, 8D, Kaizen
Ensure adherence to procedures and training compliance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Generate production reports and track performance goals8. Skills
