We are looking for a talented **Logistics Site Leader **to join our team in Cd.
Juarez, CH.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Being responsible for the Logistics Center Operation and ensure KPI's compliance.
- Building the annual operation plan including budget, capital expenses and human resources.
- Managing capital investment projects.
- Managing and developing Logistics Center team: performance and development goals and career path.
- Implementing good practices and new technologies for warehouse operation.
- Ensure security in supply chain.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Solid experience in warehouse operation management with HC 200+.
- Advanced knowledge in warehouse operations: rack systems, equipment, space optimization, inventory, cycle count, material flow optimization.
- Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) (a must) and Yard Management System (YMS) (a plus).
Experience using Red Prairie/Blue Yonder is a big plus).
- Experience in warehouses financial planning.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish-English).
- C-TPAT, OEA, and IMMEX knowledge (a plus).
- Experience working with OEM's.
