- Definition and collaboration of operations at the point of sale in the assigned region.
- Development of comprehensive business plans with regional clients.
- Control of the planning / collection process of the clients under your charge.
- Coordination of commercial initiatives in national clients.
- Administration of human and financial resources assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related fields is required.
- Budget Management, knowledge of the administrative process, strategic / tactical planning, basic financial knowledge, marketing and negotiation.
- At least 3 years in sales or commercial of OTC products and / or mass consumer products at the point of sale, distributors and direct sales level.
- Management of work teams (Coaching & leadership).
