**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Produces ad hoc reporting & requests including but not limited to weekly sales report distribution, sales & financial monthly reporting
- Maintenance of business intelligence solution (Vena) including new account maintenance & security, managing account & department mapping from accounting systems, new customer and sales rep mapping
- Reconcile sales reporting system (Vena) to various ERP systems, including Sales, COGS, and operating expenses.
- Learn and then train Vena report building and Vena report access
- Assist with onboarding the Company's new acquisitions into the BI system
- Support global budgeting process
- Assist in Month-end close process
- Performs other appropriate duties upon request by the Manager, Financial Information Systems, VP Finance or CFO
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 3-4 years' work experience
- Previous experience working for a multinational / multi-currency
- business preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft
- Dynamics AX
- Strong verbal and written communicator (English)
