- Have knowledge of the F&B menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, preparation times, etc.
- Ensure you always have clean and presentable menus.
- Always keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Keep the OT profiles of our guests and clients updated.
- It will take and manage reservations, organizing seating, always thinking about the operation and satisfaction of our guests and clients.
- For each reservation we will ensure that you take all the necessary information to provide a service experience.
