- Support the development of the Training Plan by identifying new trends and key competency needs aligned with business and company strategy.
- Execute the annual learning and capability development program for Mexico, as well as leadership programs defined by the global strategy
- Coordinate logistics, communication, and evaluation for learning programs (in-person, virtual, and blended), and provide support to participants
- Manage learning platforms (LMS) to ensure a seamless and effective user experience
- Create and track learning KPIs; generate impact and performance reports
- Adapt global learning content to meet regional needs
- Facilitate workshops and training courses across various topics and audiences.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for the design and delivery of learning programs and follow up on purchase requisitions and payment processes.
- Support the development, execution, and communication of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Development initiatives and projects.
- Communicate and track progress on the annual People Cycle (Goal Setting, Development Conversations, and Performance Reviews).
- Support process and initiative alignment across LATAM, including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and the corporate office in Mexico
- Participate in diverse global L&D projects.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Consulting
- Proven experience facilitating leadership and soft skills workshops
- Strong background in designing and executing learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Proficient in Excel for working with databases and generating performance indicators
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Experience managing external training providers and consulting partners
- Strong internal customer orientation and service mindset
