- Manage procurement activities for all FF&E, FOH, and BOH requirements across new openings, remodels, and operational needs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Buyers, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, availability, and pricing alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance teams to align purchasing with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Source new vendors and materials that align with company quality and sustainability standards.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, alternative products, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and delivery schedules to prevent delays and overstocking.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, tracking orders, shipments, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations in product sourcing and storage.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of procurement background in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry, with a strong focus on FF&E, FOH, and BOH
- Backgorund managing procurement teams.
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Deep knowledge of restaurant equipment, materials, and operational needs.
