As Solution Engineer also known as a “Pre-Sales Consultant” or “Sales Consultant,” the Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.We are looking for individuals who are completely motivated by the new world of AI and Data, who can work autonomously, innovate, challenge, collaborate, communicate, learn and problem solve.We are looking for people who define themselves as curious, with a passion for innovation and constant self-improvement, who claim to be creative and able to explore, and to iterate and deal with change and ambiguity.We are looking for team players, always willing to help but also able to multi-task, prioritise and manage their time effectivelyYou should be passionate about Equality and giving back to the community as your customers will be Non Profits.Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves our customer’s challengesBuild and present customized demos of Salesforce productsConvey deep knowledge of the customer’s technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutionsParticipate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the positionAttain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by managementAbility to travel based on territory alignment and regionQualificationsDegree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, or work experience, etc.)Experience at Solution Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer/Customer Success or similar roleSolid presentation and communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environmentsKnowledge of related applications, relational database and web technologyKnowledge of related applications, the AI landscape, and other cloud technologyExperience in AI, automation, Generative AI Strategy and LLM-based Autonomous AgentsEstablished and experienced pre-sales professional, ideally previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for a CRM/AI company or similar technologyAbility to build impactful assets, demonstrations and prototypesSkills and track record on project delivery in a customer environmentTeam delivery, working with large groups in pressurized environments to deliver challenging complex proposals, solution designs and solutionsContinuous learning attitude with a demonstrated history of self-enablement and advancement in both technology and behavioural areas.Ability to communicate efficiently up, down and across an organization, summarizing concepts, scenarios and situations to senior internal and external individuals and teams, including positioning negative recommendations or proposals.Self-management and organizational skills, able to prioritize work based on evaluation of different requirements.What we offer:12 month internship.In-depth training in our solutionsGreat benefitsChallenging, dynamic and fun working environmentNeed to haveEnglish fluency: strong language skills (spoken and written due preparation material and certification exams are in English).
