- Extensive knowledge of cost control principles and practices; You will need to be able to develop conclusions from analysis and apply the results to the company's business operations. Decisions are usually based on strong business acumen and experience.
- Accept, prioritize and categorize change requests, and reject any change requests that are outside the scope of change management.
- Track and monitor more than one complex project at the same time in the daily management of the change process and ensure that changes are communicated in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Will prepare periodic reports (related to scope changes) that show the current status of the project and its forecast.
- Responsible for the process of closing change requests, that is, you must have knowledge of Unit Prices and experience in negotiating Change Orders with contractors.
✅Mandatory Requirements
- +10 years of relevant experience in Project Control and Change Management. Must be recognized as a specialist in Change Management and Cost Control.
- Experience and good command of systems related to the position (Neodata, Ecosys, SAP, Oracle, etc.), and you must also have expertise of Excel at an intermediate level (graphs, databases, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc…).
- University degree (Engineering) and equivalent relevant experience..
