- Provide support to Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management and Marketing departments.
- Salesforce ops administration: Review, update, account upload and download, find leads and opportunities.
- Data base cleanup, update information, send contracts, modifications, etc.
- Point of contact and communication between Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management, and other departments.
- Remedial plans for platforms issues, technical, communication and processes problems.
- Data base creation, crossing and analysis.
- Users update in platforms (registration, depuration, and other changes).
- Send tickets to operation department.
- Accounts analysis and leads assignment to sales representatives.
- Bachelor´s degree.
- Experience in sales administration (providing support to sales representatives).
- Soft skills: Organization, patience, proactive, planning and prioritization.
- Excel advanced.
- English advanced.
