- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience working with HR process, including 3+ years’ experience in ORC (end to end implementation).
- Proven track record of managing full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically ORC Module.
- Strong understanding of Recruiting Process Life cycle, Components and different phases, steps of configure.
- Experience in configuration ORC tasks, Geography, Requisition, CSP, Job Applications, Career site, Offer letter, Notification, Journeys, DFF, EFF, EIT, Value Sets, Common Lookups, Workflow and Approval processes.
- Configure ORC solutions to meet client business needs while ensuring seamless integration with other Core HR and Talent Management.
- Understanding HR processes (Processes impacting ORC).
- Knowledge in BI publisher to build offer letter (desirable).
- Experience in inbound and outbound integrations (integration definition).
- Understanding of OTBI, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula and Extract (desirable).
- Knowledge Oracle Taleo, EBS or People soft (desirable).
- Experience on Data Migration process.
- Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
- Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Oracle Fusion ORC Certified
- Experience in implementing ORC Module
- Knowledge of one or more of Payroll, Absence, Core HR, Talent Management module is a plus.
