Overview
Coordinate and strategically manage the resources of the areas of Process and Testing Support and Maintenance through work plans to achieve efficient,
effective and timely support and maintenance for the plant, define goals and objetives of the area, hire subordinates from the area, define, maintain and optimaze the working
Evaluate the performance and plan the development of the personnel in charge, Assistance and active participation in project improvement and maintenance meetings
(FPY, Down time, MP-SE-TSE), Promote the development of cost reduction in your department according to established goals.
Additional responsibilities
Certify your knowledge in other relevant documents related to the position, participate in internal and external training and education courses,
**Qualifications**:
- Engineering or bachelor's degree or related
- Advanced level of english ( interviews will be in english )
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance
- Experience in personnel management.
( technicians and engineers )
- Backend process previous knowledge
- SAP previous knowledge will be a strong plus
- SPIRIT previous knowledge will be a strong plus
