- Define and own Birdman’s brand strategy and positioning globally, starting from Mexico.
- Lead brand and category expansions in Mexico, ensuring launches are successful and scalable to other markets.
- Manage brand P&L and budgets in Mexico.
- Partner with Product & Innovation to drive global pipeline development and launch strategies.
- Lead experiential marketing, PR, and activations to grow brand equity and engagement.
- Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships, collaborations, and co-branding opportunities with retailers, influencers, and like-minded brands.
- Drive social and digital brand alignment in partnership with Performance Marketing and Social teams.
- Leverage consumer and market insights (CMI) to refine positioning and spot new category opportunities.
- Act as the global brand steward, ensuring consistency across markets while enabling local relevance.
- Manage agencies and inspire cross-functional partners, with the opportunity to build a high-performing brand team in Mexico.
- Proven experience defining brand strategy and positioning, ideally with global or regional influence.
- Track record of delivering measurable, metrics-driven results (brand equity growth, successful launches, ROI).
- Hands-on P&L and brand budget management.
- Experience in product innovation and category expansion, ideally in CPG, food/beverage, or wellness.
- Strong leadership skills: able to inspire teams, manage agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally at a global level.
- Proficiency in analytics & insights (Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, brand tracking tools).
- Native/fully fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1–C2) to operate globally.
- Based in Guadalajara, Mexico (HQ), with flexibility to travel internationally.
- Experience working in global or regional HQ roles where brand strategy guided multiple markets.
- Background in wellness, natural/organic, or food & beverage industries.
- Experience leading global campaigns or brand platforms.
- Exposure to co-branding or strategic partnerships with international retailers/brands.
- DTC/ecommerce marketing experience in addition to brand management.
