Team Leader, Operations
is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates.
This role ensures performance metrics are met by providing effective coaching, motivation, and accountability.

communication skills, the ability to provide constructive feedback, and high energy
to lead our team.
Requirements:
