We are seeking an experienced
Manager of Talent Acquisition
with a strong background in
US-based recruitment
and a passion for building high-performing teams.
This leader will mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, driving excellence across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
?? Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters responsible for cross-functional recruiting support.
Champion an
inclusive hiring process
, collaborating with sourcing channels, community partners, and internal teams to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Develop and execute
strategic talent acquisition plans
aligned with business needs, building a strong pipeline of qualified talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
Stay ahead of
industry trends and competitive talent markets
, sharing insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
Deliver
timely recruitment reporting
with meaningful metrics to influence hiring decisions and improve processes.
Partner with internal communications to promote the company's
employer brand
through strategic initiatives and community presence.
Drive
process improvements
to enhance efficiency and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction.
Support and negotiate
compensation packages
while ensuring offers are competitive and aligned with company policies.
Foster a culture of
accountability, integrity, innovation, and teamwork
in all recruiting activities.
Ensure compliance with the company's
Quality Management System
and maintain high operational standards.
?? Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR preferred; or High School Diploma with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
Experience:
6+ years of
full lifecycle recruitment experience
from job opening to offer stages.
3+ years of demonstrated
direct sourcing expertise
and creative candidate generation strategies.
Proven ability to
lead and mentor
recruitment teams to deliver results.
Strong ability to assess talent through
behavioral interviewing, candidate assessments
, and advanced evaluation tools.
Exceptional
relationship-building skills
with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Comfortable using a mobile device or computer
100% of the day
; ability to work across phone and PC simultaneously.
Willingness to
travel
as needed.
