Project Engineer
is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure, facility, and operational projects, ensuring that all technical, safety, quality, and financial requirements are met, according to the Ground OPS Portfolio and Program strategy.
Leads internal and external multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across project phases and Ground Ops – Engineering areas, ensuring alignment with project scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and quality standards from a Project Management methodology perspective.
Key Activities:
Project Planning & Execution.
Provide technical inputs for business case analyses, including feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, preliminary cost estimates, and project execution plans.
Develop and review technical specifications, scope documents, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Monitor project progress, controls costs, and reports deviations.
Technical Support & Compliance.
Provide technical assessments, drawing review, and solutions during design and execution phases.
Ensure compliance with safety, envirormental, internal codes/standards and regulatory requirments.
Risk & Issue Management.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Manage incident reports and change requests.
Serve as liaison between internal departments (Operations, safety, IT, procurement, legal, security, finance, NOEP, etc...) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, landlords, etc...)
Perform site inspections, supervise testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Ensure documentation, as-built drawings, technical records, minutes, customer expectation lists, readiness checklists, and other project management formats are properly delivered and archived.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Desirable Certifications: PMP /IPMA / Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt
Experience: 3-5 years in infrastructure project engineer roles or similar; preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
