- Lead all aspects of the pre-opening and launch, including talent acquisition, operational systems, service culture, and positioning strategy.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a leadership team that embodies Omni’s luxury ethos and commitment to personalized guest service.
- Establish the resort as a market leader in Punta de Mita, leveraging sales, revenue, and marketing strategies to capture market share and outperform the comp set.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with owners, local community leaders, and global brand partners.
- Oversee operations across rooms, F&B, spa/wellness, events, and recreation with a focus on seamless integration and uncompromising service.
- Ensure consistent guest satisfaction scores that rival and exceed international luxury competitors.
- Drive profitability while safeguarding the integrity of the guest experience and the long-term value of the brand.
- Champion Omni’s culture of genuine care for both guests and associates, fostering an environment of engagement, empowerment, and excellence.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager of a luxury resort (ultra-luxury strongly preferred).
- Previous experience in Mexico required; deep knowledge of regional culture, luxury clientele, and market positioning.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English
- Proven pre-opening leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Track record in oceanfront resort operations advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and engage high-profile guests with discretion and elegance.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience (10+ years).
- Experience in a unionized environment a plus.
