Sales Representative / Business Developer (Temperature-control and monitoring solutions)

• Identify and acquire new customers via trade fairs, on-site visits and online research
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity and relevant regulations

• Define priority segments and key accounts to shape the local sales & marketing strategy

• Deliver technical product presentations and follow up on proposals in coordination with the Germany team
• Negotiate terms, secure orders and ensure timely handover to operations

• Provide regular on-site and remote support to purchasing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

• Work closely with Germany’s higher-level sales manager, sharing insights, forecasts and opportunity pipelines

• Vocational training in commerce/business studies with initial experience selling technical products; or Degree in electrical engineering (or related) with an affinity for technical sales
• 3+ years in B2B sales within an industrial or technology environment
• Consultative approach; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional German will be considered as a plus
• Analytical mindset, self-driven and accountable
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Mexico
• Professional presence with customer-focused orientation
