Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Production Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead maintenance processes to ensure the efficiency and reliability of equipment, production lines, and facilities—optimizing both technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee the execution of routine and non-routine maintenance activities and ensure technical documentation is kept up to date.The work model for the role is: OnsiteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Electrification Energy Distribution Business Line in Nogales.Key Responsibilities:

Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities and provide recommendations to improve equipment and facility reliability, maintainability, and safety.
Troubleshoot major technical issues to enhance the performance of production lines.
Propose improvement projects to reduce maintenance needs and optimize operational and energy efficiency.
Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize production disruptions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in maintenance.
Knowledge of project coordination or management.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Schedule flexibility.
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
