- Planning and scheduling visits, training, sales clinics.
- Reviewing and following up sales performance of different retail stores in your territory. Establishing sales commitments and holding two-way feedback talks with managers and team leaders
- Providing Product and Sales Technique training, periodically.
- Ensuring relevant staff have the knowledge required to upsell products such as Extended Warranties.
- Ensuring stores are fully supplied with Terms & Conditions contracts and point of sale material.
- Spending 10% of the time in the office on administrative tasks, such as reports on sales and training activity, expense reports and operational meetings.
- Good negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
- Solid administrative, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of providing sales training and feedback.
- A results-oriented approach.
