FP&A / BPA Manager - International Company

• Serve as an expert in financial reporting systems and take responsibility for data accuracy, offering insight and guidance to the team regarding system complexities.
• Enhance value by streamlining and automating FP&A.
• Lead the month-end and rolling forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning processes, showcasing business acumen, inquisitiveness, and the ability to effectively communicate explanations and strategies.
• Assist in business planning and analysis processes, including designing and implementing tools/templates, submitting data into systems, conducting ad-hoc analyses, etc.
• Support the CFO with special presentations and any other ad hoc requirements.

• Conversational advanced English (interviews in English)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry desirable
• +5 years in FP&A / BPA roles
• +3 years leading a team
• Experience managing all lines of the P&L
• Solution and results-oriented profile
