-Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from multiple factories.
-Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
-Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data-driven analyses.
2.Process Improvement
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain processes.
-Propose and implement solutions to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
-Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
3.System Optimization (SAP)
-Analyze and evaluate supply chain parameters and settings in SAP
-Identify and implement optimization opportunities in SAP to enhance system performance and alignment with operational needs.
-Support supply chain teams in troubleshooting SAP-related issues, make recommendations and provide training, as necessary.
4.Planning Tools Development
-Design and implement custom tools and templates to enhance planning processes in factories (e.g., Excel models, Power BI dashboards).
-Automate repetitive tasks and create user-friendly solutions to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
-Ensure alignment of planning tools with overall supply chain strategies and manufacturing operations.
5.Support for Supply Chain Projects
-Collaborate with plant and regional teams on supply chain optimization projects.
-Assist in inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning initiatives.
-Support digitalization and automation projects within the supply chain.Qualifications
- University degree
- Proven experience in supply chain, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP (e.g., MM, PP, SD modules).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Familiarity with lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and metrics.
