You will be responsible for generating demos and initiating contact with prospects, being the face of RateGain and educating them about the RateGain's products benefits.The ideal candidate is passionate about full-funnel digital marketing, social media, and possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentHow Your Day Will Look Like / Job ResponsibilityDemand Generation: Utilize various channels including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media to identify and generate demos within the assigned region or market.Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of target companies.Represent RateGain and pitch the company and its products to prospects.Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to convert inbound interest into opportunities.Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on interest and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to generate demos.Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target accounts and initiate contact to introduce RateGain's full-funnel digital marketing solutions.Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-ups to understand their specific needs and challenges.Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-ups and progression through the sales cycle.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.Shift Flexibility: Flexibility to work across different shifts and regions as neededEducation & Work Experience 2 – 6 years of experience working as a Sales development representative.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, business administration, or a related field.KnowledgeKnowledge of social media platforms, and hospitality marketing.Experience working in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and email campaigns.Proficient with tools such as:LinkedIn Sales NavigatorDiscoverOrg / ZoomInfoSalesforce / HubSpotProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
