Collections Analyst InternshipDescription -Apprentice includes students working at HP who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. Typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at HP during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.What will your day consist of?Building a strategic relationship with customers, understanding their business models, identifying challenges in the payment process, and finding solutions on improving payments and accelerating cash-flowSending consolidated account statements, to our AP contacts, who are usually part of centralized teamsLogging the disputes raised by the customers and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders for resolutionCommunicate and have a close partnership with Credit Analysts, Sales, Account Management teams to take appropriate financial decisionsLeading and/or participating in business enhancement projects across countries/ regions.Analysis and review of overdue debt.Processing of the necessary reimbursements for the clients, as well as execution of the Unclaimed Property process when applicable.Sending invoices to customer when these have not been received.Education and Experience Required:Enrolled in University (last semesters) - preferably business degreesProficiency with ExcelGood communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to build relationship across teams and culturesAt HP, talent is our criteria.
