Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Provide expertise and leadership across nVent Mexico to identify, design, and implement training initiatives that align with business strategiesLead and implement the training and learning activities in Mexico operations, including Compliance and, on-the job training as neededResponsible for planning, organizing, documenting, and coordinating all training activitiesPartner with functional leads on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including new employee orientation, leadership development and cross-training while leading the local talent development processesPartner with leadership teams to create and implement actions or projects for stronger and cost effective workforce planning and management, including organizational planning as well as employee development and engagement ensuring alignment to nVent's cultureImplement and drive Human Resources initiatives including but not limited to labor relationship, performance management, compensation practices, HR policies and practices, and full employee life cycle processesResponsible for leading all aspects of employee relations and investigations on employee complaints that could result in legal ramifications or organizational exposure; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on established practice and relevant lawsResponsible for all regional communications, policies and employee guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirementsPromote and champion the nVent Continuous Improvement culture through an empowering, open minded and proactive approach and by acting as a motivator for organizational changeMay be required to perform additional duties as assignedYOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business or related field5+ years previous experience in or with human resources including demonstrated ability leading peopleProven experience with organization design, leadership development, and organisational changeStrong collaborating, problem solving, and analytical skillsAbility to work in a global and cross-functional environment in a highly collaborative mannerCapability to lead multiple assignments, with proven track record to assess opposing priorities in a fast paced environmentBi-lingual highly preferredManufacturing experienced preferredWE HAVE:
