- Ensure compliance with tasks and responsibilities outlined in our Integrated Safety System (SIA - Sistema Integral de Administración)
- Oversee that all operational staff follow procedures tied to the Quality Management System (SGC - Sistema de Gestión de Calidad)
- Make sure the team follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) wherever they apply
- Maintain standard production yields and cycle times
- Ensure pressure equipment logs (when applicable) are completed correctly
- Take corrective actions to keep products within spec and aligned with the quality system guidelines
- Promote a safe, respectful, and disciplined work environment that follows company policies
- Verify that all quality records are properly filled out
- Request maintenance support when equipment requires it-and follow up until the issue is resolved
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe to work in
- Report any unsafe acts or conditions
- Plan and assign daily tasks to operators based on production needs
- Help train unionized staff (when applicable)
- Participate in writing operational procedures (when applicable)
- Take part in emergency response teams (firefighting, evacuation, first aid, etc.) and help train your team accordingly
- Enter production data into SAP (if applicable)
- Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
- Join MTS (Manufacturing Technical Support) rounds and follow up on corrective actions until resolved
- Implement and maintain the 5S program (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in your area
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering - must be a graduate
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar production environment
- Fully fluent in English
- Willing to work onsite at our Los Reyes plant (Monday to Friday)
- Strong understanding of Core Tools (such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC)
- Familiarity with Maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Experience managing teams, planning production, and generating reports
