- Design and implement strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement across the region, leading a large and diverse team.
- Maintain operational stability during the implementation of new processes and organizational changes, minimizing risks.
- Guide, inspire, and coach the team to foster a high-performance and excellence in service.
- Streamline financial processes through the adoption of best practices and efficient use of ERP technologies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations, including IFRS and US GAAP.
- Availability to work in Lerma.
- Over 5 years of managerial experience in a regional environment.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with a degree and professional license.
- Recent experience leading accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Knowledge of standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
