• Manage regional daily accounting operations, ensuring quality and accuracy in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Design and implement strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement across the region, leading a large and diverse team.
• Maintain operational stability during the implementation of new processes and organizational changes, minimizing risks.
• Guide, inspire, and coach the team to foster a high-performance and excellence in service.
• Streamline financial processes through the adoption of best practices and efficient use of ERP technologies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations, including IFRS and US GAAP.

• Availability to work in Lerma.
• Over 5 years of managerial experience in a regional environment.
• Advanced conversational English.
• Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with a degree and professional license.
• Recent experience leading accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Knowledge of standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
