Responsible for performing functions in accordance with the instructions of the maintenance procedures and manuals at FPD Santa Clara.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation of machinery and mechanical systems.
Support higher level mechanics, as well as provide solutions to the work entrusted in the shortest possible time, as well as comply with the safety regulations established in FLOWSERVE
The level 2 technician has greater development in CNC machinery maintenance, adjustments of greater complexity in this equipment, ability to lead technicians with less knowledge in daily tasks of medium complexity to achieve maintenance tasks.
**Preferred Experience / Skills**: Technical studies on machines and tools
Professional experience of at least 3 years working in the metalworking industry or in a similar position.
Good computer skills: important to be able to access windows, upload information in the Proteus system, print, edit files in Word,
Mechanical knowledge in conventional machines, CNC traveling cranes and forklifts for their repair in components of this equipment.
Electrical knowledge interpretation of American and European system diagrams (basic in both) Domain of multimeter ammeter and fault detection
Knowledge in CNC basic knowledge of CNC controls, use of Mazatrol and Fanuc control.
Knowledge in infrastructure in compressors, plumbing, air handler and artesian well.
Availability to rotate shifts and work extended hours (overtime).

**Responsibilities & Requirements**: Carry out all the tasks of the preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance activities in machinery, buildings, testing laboratory and the infrastructure of the Santa Clara plant.
Maintain adequate records for a better control of preventive and corrective tasks determined to maintain the precision of the machine at adequate levels.
You will be responsible for performing functions in accordance with the procedure manuals of the
maintenance instructions, always respecting the corresponding acceptance criteria.
Security detection of unsafe conditions (RIVOS)
Carry out cleaning work
Respect and participate in the policies of Flowserve 2.0
Carry out work safely
Work at heights with personal safety equipment (harness)
Capable of setting both CNC machine parameters and mechanical offsets to achieve optimal levels of accuracy.
