Planta Piedras Negras III(Presencial) Piedras Negras, Coahuila.Lead and strategically plan operations, including accurate production planning, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction in both product quality and on-time deliveries.YOUR TASK WILL BE:
- Generate, analyze, and compare customer releases.
- Develop release forecasts and projections.
- Perform accumulated reconciliation.
- Coordinate and follow up on production scheduling (MPS).
- Provide effective and timely responses to customer requests, complaints, and requirements.
- Monitor container transit and logistics status.
- 3 years of profesional experience as Customer Services, Master Scheduler, or similar position.
- Preferably with experience in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of MRP systems (QAD preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual: advanced English proficiency (conversational and written).
- Availability to work overtime if needed.
