- Collect, preselect, propose, and prioritize business requirements and ideas from the BPE community, identify opportunities for improvements and discuss with the BPOs and other BPCs as required to define next steps.
- Coordinate the BPE community per business domain and ensure business and system processes are implemented as defined.
- Support to create, update and release User Requirement Specifications (URS) with the inclusion of mapped business processes and submit change requests in agreement with the BPO
- Be the link between the BPE community and the IS Competency Center community.
- Monitor and improve business processes performance using Process Performance Indicators (PPI), setting regional targets, contributing to CI
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset, support in regular process assessment to identify issues, opportunities for enhancements and best practices and collaborate with IS Innovation team on testing potential new solutions to provide an end-user perspective.
- Engage BPEs to optimize business processes for increased productivity by using the ARIS tool and push for processes
- Bachelor as an Industrial Process, Production, or Industrial Engineer
- Desirable MBA
- Business English (advanced)
- 3 years in similar position in a manufacturing company.
