Main Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner via phone and email.
Transfer clients to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with clients regarding the current status of their case.

Requirements

Positive attitude, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
Native Spanish speaker with conversational English.
Call center or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
Full-time availability.
