- 3+ years of experience working in Blue Yonder Cloud Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) / Order Promising (OP) / Demand Management (DM)
- At least 1 Implementation in Blue Yonder Cloud Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) / Order Promising (OP) / Demand Management (DM)
- Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience
**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment of various initiatives in supply chain management
- Work closely with business users to learn about the supply chain, understand Supply Chain demand and supply priorities, and collaborate on solutions design around the Blue Yonder Footprint
- Working with technical teams to break down functional specifications to technical design specifications for new solutions
- Developing acceptance criteria and building/executing test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression)
- Respond to/investigate/resolve issues with current systems (focusing on root cause) with continuous communications to impacted users
- Analyze and understand business problems/requirements to propose effective technical solutions
- Develop functional/ technical specifications and have them successfully implemented
- Conduct Unit testing, System testing, and End User Testing
- Help support the current implementation and resolve critical issues Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers, and meet their expectations Nice to Have Understanding of data integration of Blue Yonder with SAP ERP Systems
- Experience in Database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, performance tuning, systems infrastructure, systems development, and software development Life cycle Knowledge of SAP HANA is desirable
