- Provide support to internal and external customers through customer service processes.
- Act as a communication bridge between Customer Service and other operational teams across countries.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting activities, including month-end metrics.
- Support the implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in group problem-solving and teamwork activities.
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
