In this role, you’ll support internal and external customers, contribute to process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.As a Customer Service Intern, you will support exceptional customer experiences through order management, problem resolution, and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and works closely with operational teams across LATAM.What will you do:
  • Provide support to internal and external customers through customer service processes.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Customer Service and other operational teams across countries.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting activities, including month-end metrics.
  • Support the implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in group problem-solving and teamwork activities.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
What you will bring:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Affinity for technology and process improvement.
