- Engage Brokers: Proactively connect with mortgage brokers, building and strengthening relationships.
- Product Education: Clearly explain the features and benefits of ' "non-QM" loan products to brokers, emphasizing their value.
- Scenario Analysis: Gather borrower scenarios and identify the best loan solutions available.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service while supporting brokers and AEs throughout the loan process.
- Bilingual Fluency: Must speak and write in both English and Spanish.
- Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: A motivated, results-driven professional with proven success in sales and negotiation.
- Team Player: Collaborative and capable of working independently.
- Complete a minimum of 2 0 0 calls per day or achieve at least 2. 5 hours of talk time daily.
- Collect and document 1- 2 borrower scenarios per day in our CRM system.
- Mentorship & Support: Work closely with assigned AEs who will serve as mentors and guide you as you grow your business.
- Career Advancement: Opportunity to progress to BDR II or Account Executive roles based on performance and relationship-building.
- Incentive Structure: Earn variable bonuses for scenario submissions and fixed commissions for funded loans.
- Manage broker contacts and borrower scenarios using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth transitions for brokers and successful loan submissions.
- Support the pipeline process from borrower scenario intake to loan funding.
